We are currently seeking a Sales Executive to join the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a tech company, numbers are everything. You will have a goal of monthly customer retain along with a goal of revenue to generate.
- Since not all companies are created equal, you’ll help establish a framework for prioritizing customer engagement …and then make it happen.
- How? With digital, phone, and, yes, in-person meetings that show people just how incredible clickspikes can be, along with managing rates & quoting customers in THE best-in-class platform in the market.
- Sometimes a handshake just isn’t enough. Together with an operational lead, you’ll follow up and support customers until they wake up in the middle of the night talking about pricing management, quotations & ask about clickspikes.
- Like doing things at scale? So do we. You’ll help organize group events across customers and prospects to gather several customers together and promote clickspikes & our suite of SaaS products.
- Think of any other commercial strategy that can help boost the number of customer & accelerate revenue growth.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have to talk the talk. This means you need to be a fluent speaker.
- You should have at least 2 years of experience in either, giving support, training, upselling to existing customers, or finding new customers.
- Knowledge of the product which we will train you
- Very capable to sell on the phone.
- Great training and communication skills to be able to help new users understand the platform, and help them adopt a new way of business management.
- Capacity to meet targets.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Bringing an industry online is rarely a straight line from A to B. You don’t have to be an acrobat but you should be able to adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Occasional travel to visit customers as per business needs.
